We are continually monitoring and taking active measures to protect our clients and staff while continuing to serve our clients and patients.
****WE ARE OPEN!****
Our front doors will remain locked as we are not allowing anyone besides staff to enter the facility.
Our temporary condensed hours of operation are as follows:
TUESDAY-FRIDAY: 8:00-5:30 PM
SATURDAY: 9:00-4:00 PM
If you have a scheduled appointment:
When you arrive, please call our number: 604-855-8900 to notify us that you have arrived. The veterinarian will examine your pet, then call you to discuss. A team member will facilitate payment and delivery of any needed medications.
Please do not engage in face-to-face conversation with our team members. All questions will be answered over the phone.
If you are picking up food or medications:
Call us from your car and a team member will place your items on the table outside. All food and medications must be paid for prior to pick up. We are not accepting cash or debit, please use a credit card for purchase.
We realize that these changes are not ideal, but we are trying our best to stay open as long as we can through this crisis.
We feel that these measures will help us all stay healthy, enabling us to care for your pets.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
